her sooner, we had our problems but i think hes beeing so cruel with me, the problem is that i cant stop calling him, last nite he finally answered and said to stop beacuse he was with her and to leave him alone that he didn't care about any more, im so hurt, how can i deal with this emotions and not call him?

Sometimes people have to grow up and face reality. Your reality is that he no longer loves you. I am pretty sure that he didn't say that to you simply to hurt your feelings, but rather to get it through your head that it is o v e r . So, while you may not like it, or be able to fully accept it, you have to stop calling him and let him go. Don't even start saying you can't, because you can and you must.
Yes, you are hurt. There are very few people in the world who haven't lost someone special and have had to deal with that hurt. You are only prolonging your misery by not getting on with your life. If your clingyness and exaggerated sense of ownership of him lead to this break up, then use this opportunity to grow, so that you don't make the same mistakes again. |

He seems very insensative, but think about that. You no longer have a guy who would take this attitude with you, after four years, because he has decided he met someone else. He will do the same with her and anyone else he meets, when the mood strikes him. Don't call him anymore. You can't be friends with a guy like this, let alone be in a relationship with him. Even if he was to tell you that he made a mistake, which he wont, but if he did, you still saw his true colors. This guy is a loser. |
