I'd say "stick it". This is obviously a person who has controlling tendencies. Don't let someone have control over you. |
|

Ricky

I would laugh also. I am a grown woman and no one is going to tell me when I have to go to bed. I hope he sees the light before he marries the girl or he will be one miserable guy. |
|

It's just me...
|
What the hell! He doesn't need another mommy and he is no longer in Pre~K. He is old enough to know what time he has to get up in the morning and how much sleep he needs to get things done the next day.
My husband would crack up laughing if I told him "Okay Nite Nite is at 10 so get your bath and ready to bed." LOL Sh*t does she have a Nite a Nite time?! LOL sorry that is really funny but also sounds like she is controlling and the pant wearer in the relationship. |

It partially depends on the reason why they are giving the bedtime. It is not unreasonable for them to want you to come to bed with at the same time as them.
Lots of couples have found that they get so use to the other one being in the bed that they have a hard time sleeping if the other one isn't there.
Take my parents for example. My dad goes to bed early because he has to be in to work by 7 in the morning. He asks my mother to go to bed at the same time as him as he can't sleep without her. He also knows that she will stay up all night watching tv if they don't go to bed together. |
