Why do married men cheat?

gypsy g	Only the person dealing with a cheating spouse can answer that for themselves and their personal situation.

We're Engaged	Yes it is worth breaking up over. "SOME" men are dogs and could care less about others feelings if they cared and loved you enough they wouldn't do it. I think they do it because they get bored, and They don't handle temtation very well! Some just don't know how to say NO when the oprtunity comes up, I was cheated on in my last relationship and I have learned so much from it. Instead of sitting around all depressed wondering if there was somehtign wrong w/ me I realized there was nothing wrong w/ me at all and I was glad it happend b/c it was in my best intrest I am w/ someone now who treats me like a queen and gives me ALL his love I would never suspect any thing from him.

one_goofy_devil	No you shouldn't expect this kind of behavior... sometimes men and women think the "grass" is greener on the other side, or sometimes its mid life crisis thing going on.. or sometimes they are just selfish. is it worth breaking up over... YOU BET it is.. my feeling is once they cheat once.. they will do it again.

supergirlsls	If someone is cheating then there is a problem, you need to talk about the problem....It may make you closer than before. But each case is different.

DrB	That should be why do some married men cheat. Cheating is not excusable and reflects a flaw in the man and or the marriage. Unless remedied the cheating will continue..

Mastershake	Married women cheat as well. I plan on staying non married for the rest of my life. It's not that I don't trust my guy, it's that if something were to happen, I don't have all the legal BS.

forktonguebush	Almost an equal percentage of women also cheat. The grass always looks greener on the other side. Must be women giving me the thumbs down. Truth hurts.

guRl	I think it's matter of trust. You should not expect anything into a relationship..just be open-minded I think and everything will be fine.

Kool B	its easy but women cheat also as well. so i think its vice versa.

Still Standing	I think its because they were not ready for commitment in the first place so they go and cheat not caring about the consequences.

MrOrph	Not all of them do. For instance, I don't. The ones that do probably do it for any number of reasons just like married women. And no, you shouldn't "expect" that behavior.
