You can either accept what happened or what was said or done and move on with your life or you can sit somewhere and be pissed off about something that you have no control over which will make you even more pissed off. It's better to just let it go and put it behind you and not let it ruin your life or mental health. |

Yep, it's all up to you. You can cling to it and hold and nurture it like the love of your life and never give it up, or you can acknowledge it, try to put it into perspective, decide you don't really need it, and let it go. It can last for as long as you need it to depending on how bad the anger is. I suffer from panic attacks now but I think that close to my monthlies. Mine can last up to an hour at least or longer. It just depends on what the anger is about. |
