Shannon H	You need to look into a safe house of some kind and get the *)&^(_ out of there. Trust me, been there, done that. A safe house is usually in a secret location that nobody will be able to find you. You can stay there for up to a month while finding another place to live and getting the counselling you need. What about parental support or friends? Get out of there, hon. ASAP!!

aquabllue	Alright I understand you can't just leave, it's never that easy. The house of Ruth is a good resource, at least in my area, they have helped alot of people I know. Also if you can and have family or friends near by maybe they can help you. I wish you the best of luck and I am very sorry I couldn't be of more help. But remember there are always people there to help you, and you have done nothing wrong, but please try to get away from him, you may not be safe. Be careful, and God bless.

There are women's shelters in every major city but I'm in Australia, so don't know where you nearest one would be. You'll be amazed at the strength you'll regain almost immediately, even if he has tried to convince you that you can't live without him. It's more than likely the other way round. x

It doesn't get better. Not unless, you get away from him. Make sure that you can do it safely though and that you have a very safe environment that you can go to first. If you get help and get out of that mess, you will honor her and all others that have died the same horrible death.
