I HAVE A B.C.D.COMING FROM A COURT MARTAIL FOR FRATENZING, I HAVE LOST ALL MY BENIFITS AND SERVED SOME 8 MONTHS ,I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY DD FORM 214 BUT RIGHT NOW TIMES ARE VERY VERY HARD. I TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY ACTIONS AND KNOW I CANNOT REPEAT MY MISTAKES. I WAS A E-5 IN THE ARMY AND DEEPLY MISS THE PRIDE AND HONOR THRU THE UNIFORM.I AM UNDER 35 AND STILL IN GOOD SHAPE AND HAD SIX YEARS OF DECENT SERVICE WITH 2 COMBAT TOURS, WHAT CAN I DO?

with a bcd discharge you will not be able to rejoin any branch of the armed services and tring to get thebcd change you will ahve to get aleterfrom your congress amn and also go to your local va office with all the paper to try to get it change and u have to tell them why you wnat to change it . but as for getting backin the army or any other branch it is no good plus a chnage in discharge status take 6 month to a year and then you r not truly going to recevie it |

no one with a BCD is eligible under current law. |

He probably had relations with an enlisted, since he's obviously an officer because he received punishment. You're not going to be reenlisting. The Army makes sure of that.
Good luck and thanks for serving. |

If you receive a B.C.D. from the military, you have no chance of re-entering the military. A B.C.D. seems a rather harsh punishment for fraternizing. Are you sure there is not something more? Did you have legal representation? You can try to get the B.C.D. reversed, but will need an attorney familiar with military law to help you. Until that happens you wont get back in. |

Best thing to do is go talk to a recruiter, they would know how to get you back in. I have known people who came back in but you start as E-1 again, good luck |
