You have to be a high-school graduate, and I believe you have to matriculate before you are 24

You are required to be at least 17 upon entering. You will need your parents' permission at that age. If you are 18, parental consent is not required.
At least 17 and not past the 23rd birthday on July 1 of the year entering West Point.

Age is not an issue. You have to have graduated from high school. There are a few other things that you have to do but those don't appear to be an issue right now.
