I see where most Americans want the USA troops out of Iraq. Will the USA Government Listen?

The people run the USA Government and if America says "Leave" will the USA Government listen and pull the troops out?

I think all Americans want to be out of Iraq. No one wants to send our sons and daughters to a fight overseas. There is a diference between wanting to do something and having to do it. And the present war is a case of the latter. I believe you are saying that you have a statistical number saying that most Americans want the US government to pull troops home now. If that is the case I question your sources. Maybe in liberal populations or because of the liberaL media it may seem that most Americans disapprove of the war but I am an American that believes that troops should come home when the military believes the job is done. I don't serve in the military and I don't know about those matters. I support the troops and don't presume to tell people how to do their jobs.

I believe our government will do what they want regardless of what American citizens say.The people don't run the government the government runs us(personal opinion)!We ALL need to stand up and support our issues before they take all our rights away.

Of course they will not pull them out of Iraq. They need to stay and finish the job.

Unfortunately most Americans don't have final say. Although our government was originally a democracy, now it soley about government and big money (one and the same) having total control over the people of the US and the world in general. My answer is no, I do not believe that the military will be pulled from any overseas tasks regardless of what the majority of the US people would like to see.
