Gotta have more explosions!	On the contrary, my good man. NATO is stronger and more active than it has ever been. Besides having a lot more members than it used to, all of the members of NATO deployed troops to Afghanistan in response to the terrorist attacks on the US.

Mariner85	Unfortunately, yes it is still around. Created to prevent another World War... in fact, it has served just as useful a purpose as the UN's predecessor, the League of Nations. Yawn.

Yak Rider	Yes, unlike the Warsaw Pact, NATO is still doing fine. The USA still comprises about 2/3 of NATO's power.
