I am a Marine training at SOI ITB right now which is right next to BRC for Recon and I would have to say Navy SEALS are harder from what I have heard about Recon. |

Both are extremely tough, but the mental aspect is the key to success. If you are a person who is not extremely comfortable under water, then the SEAL training would be more difficult than Force Recon. However, if you are comfortable under water and have a high lung capacity, they are about the same. Depends on the person. However, due to the extra underwater exercises SEAL's go through, I would say they have the edge on this one. |

Navy SEAL, just watch the series there is on youtube, compare that to marine force recon and realize SEALS are the best of the best |

To be honest, I'm a marine but I'd still say Navy SEAL. The have to be able to do some crazy stuff underwater. |
