E3. you must have a 4 year degree conferred to get E4(SPC).
your civilian credentials mean nothing. only your ASVAB line scores determine what MOS you are qualified for. |

I believe with that many verfied college credits, you should come into the army as an E3 |

Most colleges will grant a person a bachelor's degree with 120-124 credits.
If you have 96 credit hours, stay in school and get your bachelor's. That is only a year more and then you can go in as an officer. |

If you refer somebody, complete you DEP BCT task list w/APFT before BCT, and have credit hours in college you can be promoted to E-4 before basic. That is if those credit hours qualify for the promotion depending on what courses you took. |
