Belgium finally has a government

Coalition which finally managed to form Di Rupo comprises six parties - the Socialists, Liberals and Christian Democrat, both Flemish and French-speaking - but it excludes the big winner of elections in Flanders, the separatist party N-VA's Bart De Wever, who has already promised a fierce opposition to the new prime minister.
