Greece wants 130 billion. Troika talks to begin today
Greek authorities today began talks with donors gathered from a new loan of 130 billion euros. External credit is the second after the signed 110 billion last year. Authorities hope that the money borrowed to help overcome the crisis and economic restructuring.
