Speculators threaten to collapse the great ghost. Holders who oppose free fall
Disappointment with the pan-European exchanges experienced agreements is deep, but not fatal, according to analysts who study price trends most active hot stock. Despite declines that started the week above indexes to store the thresholds below which would trigger the collapse.
It would be even resume growth instead of short and medium term, according to a weekly report of BT Securities brokerage house issued, it is true, before the commencement of trading on Monday in Europe, but at least one week ahead.
The analysis indicates the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE), BET Fi was still credited with the chance to grow up to 23,000 points (from less than 18,000 points). Even if it closed the day at 17.915 points, nearly 0.9% below the BET Fi keeps growth opportunities, as long as the 17,800-point support "you," says Dan Rusu, chief analyst at BT Securities.
"The level of 17.800 to successfully did two tests, thus maintaining valid positive scenario" which aims correction to 23.000 points, the report says BT Securities, which reminds us so that the main trend is decreasing. Up to 23,000 road was long and falls on Monday, for "last week emerged in resistance to 19.250" (for definitions see DIDACTIC below).
But "if you fail to pass SIF above the level of support this week from 19 500, can stake large enough safety significant growth later this year and at least in January of 2012," says Dan Rusu.
"Of course, if the support will be one that gives 17.800, the Romanian market would fall almost in free fall, until at 10,500.
Tomorrow would be the decisive day for the positive scenario, which "have much higher probability" appreciate Dan Rusu, Monday morning in his weekly report.
Good marks in Frankfurt and New York
German market and, especially, the U.S. "has recovered really well from September onwards - when they marked the 2011 lows. The German market remains quite cautious and do not see higher increases from 6.600 to 6.800 (the DAX index, nr). Just as long as the DAX develops above that level we are in a positive scenario. "Says analyst at BT Securities.

"DIDACTIC"
Stock market quotations corrections usually occur when investors become more willing to collect profits from previous gains than to bet on future growth. But there are positive trends and negative corrections.
Financial investment companies (SIFs) and the property (FP) are the most liquid (most traded easier to find and easier to sell) shares from BSE and therefore, their index is considered as a kind the oracle and the rest of the market.
Indices are weighted averages of price movements some actions which are the "basket" (portfolio) each reported in a landmark set to launch.
FP and SIFs are some large investment funds that have their own "impressions" (investment) in most of the Romanian economy, including energy companies that no one, except for PF, not available.
Therefore FP and SIFs are the most sought after, especially by foreign investors and therefore have a dedicated index, and we follow in particular the development. For all these reasons is to say that BET FI, their index, has a reputation to predict the behavior of all scholarships.
Previous minimal media is relevant to the levels which may decrease prices in the current trend, minor, without the main trend of growth is not jeopardized. There may be thresholds at which a minor downward trend stops.
Resistances that are relevant previous maximum levels to which prices may increase in the current trend, minor, without descending to the main trend reversed. They can be the thresholds above which a minor upward trend can not go.
Moving Average is an average of quotations on a number of periods (minutes, hours, days, weeks) and compared with the evolution of stock prices in the same period. The moving average, the latest quotation replaces the oldest. If the moving average is below the current quotation - is well, if stock prices remain above that decreased - is bad.
LIQUIDITY (transaction value), is an indicator of the ease with which you can find the action sought or you can sell the ones you have already, at prices as close to those desired.
Brokers look at liquidity to seek confirmation for current trends. If it is small, decreases or price increases have great relevance.
But if liquidity is high (BSE about 12 million during this period, but as much more) and lower indices consistent, then it means that we deal with a significant correction.
Volatility, ie fluctuations in prices, is a sign of confusion in the market, but agrees speculators.
It should be noted that the important news of the week can significantly affect the accuracy of prescriptions resulting from technical analysis of price developments.
